It is created by the decision of the Academic Council on April 19, 2005, the Cente for Career Development (CCD) of the University of Ruse "Angel Kanchev" is a pilot centre of the "Labor Market" project and is organized according to the model of the centres belonging to this American project.
The centre is a service unit with a general university purpose. It provides a high-quality services related to the professional guidance and development of the university's students and graduates. It contributes to a significant improvement of communication between business and the academic environment, with the aim of professional realization of young people as an intermediary in the labor market.
